Two vacancies have arisen at ITFC, with the Club advertising for a Concourse Manager and a Bar Manager
Ipswich Town Football Club currently has two vacancies within the Bar Operations department.
We are looking for highly motivated and hardworking individuals for the following roles:
Concourse Manager
Responsible for-
-The Concourse Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the Concourse Operations at the Club.
-Operational efficiency, planning and delivery of Food and Bar Operations.
-Labour controls, recruitment, training, welfare and performance of staff.
-Supervising the Bars Manager in the stock control, purchase and distribution of the bars resources.
-Health and Safety Administration
-Cash handling processes.
-The ability to work alongside the senior C&E team to develop the operation to achieve its full potential.
The role involves weekend and shift work.
The post holder will be responsible forall licensing matters and so a Personal Licence or a willingness to work towards this qualification is essential.
The successful candidate will have had previous experience in a similar or related role will be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills and the ability to work autonomously.
Bars Manager
Responsible for-
-Running the day-to-day business liaising closely with the Sales team.
-Maintaining stock control of the bars resources including equipment.
-Placing orders with suppliers to cover the demand for C&E events including match days and external events.
-Supervising the Match Day delivery of the Bars operation.
-Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are adhered to within the running of the C&E operations.
-Participating in the organisation of C&E events, business and the promotion of ITFC as a venue
-Cash handling and security of the premises, where applicable, during events.
-Ensuring that high standards of cleanliness are maintained.
The role involves weekend and shift work.
The post holder will be responsible for implementing licensing matters and a Personal Licence or a willingness to work towards this qualification is essential.
The successful candidate will have had previous experience in a similar or related role will be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills and the ability to work autonomously.
