Berra looking to maintain impressive Portman Road record by chalking up another home three points against Brighton this weekend

Christophe Berra is looking to keep up his good record at Portman Road, as Brighton visit Suffolk this weekend.

The big defender has helped Town to two home wins in games he has started this season, keeping up his impressive record at IP1.

“I’ve played twice with Wolves and won twice and I’ve played twice in a Blue shirt with Ipswich and also won twice, so hopefully we can keep going in that direction!” The Scotland international told the Club website.

“We were disappointed not to take something from the game at Wigan as we performed well, so we will be going into Saturday’s match full of confidence but we know that Brighton will provide tough opposition.

“But we’re on our home patch and we’re confident. We want to make Portman Road a fortress and get as many home wins as possible.”
