Mick says new loan recruit will be suited to Town's style
The Republic of Ireland international has joined Blues from Derby on a season long deal and made his debut as a substitute in Saturday’s defeat at Reading.
“He’s a good player. He’s a good person as well and that fits with what we have here and we are delighted to have him at the Club,” said the Town boss.
“He is someone I have been aware of for a while and I think Paul [Jewell] was interested in bringing him to the Club so it’s great he is finally here.
“I think the way we play will suit him and he will score goals for us. It will be different here for him than at Derby in his role and he will give us plenty to use.”
