Town skipper ready to go again at the iPro Stadium following derby day defeat to the Canaries

Luke Chambers insists Town are ready to ‘go again’ against Derby on Saturday, following the weekend defeat to Norwich City.

The Blues skipper was part of the side that suffered defeat to the Canaries- his first East Anglian derby- but is now looking ahead to the next test, as Mick McCarthy’s side make the trip to the iPro Stadium to take on the Rams.

“We had a day off after the Norwich game and we’re ready to go again now,” Chambo told the Club website.

“We’ve been working hard in training and we will be doing all week, focusing on ways to improve as a side and getting ourselves prepared for Saturday.

“It was obviously a disappointing defeat [against Norwich] for everyone involved, especially the fans, and it was a very quiet dressing-room after the game as I’m sure you would expect.

“We’ve got to move on now though and get ourselves ready for a tough test at Derby on Saturday.”
