Join Al and Milts on a charity bike ride to help fight Prostate Cancer

Town striker Alan Lee is leading TeamITFC as they cycle from London to Amsterdam on 6-8th June to raise money for Prostate Cancer UK and the ITFC Academy Association.

Former Town midfielder Simon Milton is also taking part and is relishing the challenge.

“The ride is for a great cause and I’m looking forward to it,” Milts told the Club website.

“We might have to put in a bit of practice but we will be ready and we’ve had a few other people at the Club interested in taking part as well so it should be a good craic.”

Football League clubs around the country are represented on the ride by players, ex-players, club staff or fans, with former England international Luther Blissett among those taking part in his role with Prostate Cancer UK.

Cyclists will cover 150 miles from Leyton Orient’s Matchroom Stadium to the Amsterdam Arena, home of Dutch giants Ajax.

TeamITFC are being backed by cycle challenge partner, Elmy Cycles from Ipswich, and they have kindly donated the top of the range bike pictured here with Alan and Milts to give away to the member of TeamITFC who raises the most money.

If you want to join Alan and Milts and become a member of TeamITFC for this exciting challenge, then email for full details, or check on page 2 of Saturday's matchday programme
