Defender moves to League One side on a half-season loan deal from Ipswich Town
Town defender Freddie Veseli has joined Port Vale on a half-season loan, subject to paperwork.
The Swiss full-back, who joined on a two-year deal last summer after leaving Manchester United, will remain at Vale Park until the next transfer window.
The 21 year-old began his career in his homeland before joining Manchester City in 2008. He then switched to City’s rivals, Manchester United, before teaming up with Mick McCarthy at Portman Road.
Freddie enjoyed a productive loan spell with League Two side Bury last season and will be hoping for a similar enjoyable stint with the Valiants.
