Boss looking to give 1000 strong Blue Army something to shout about at Yeovil

Town will be backed by a travelling support of close on 1000 for Tuesday night’s visit to Yeovil.

Over 860 tickets have already been sold for Town’s first ever League trip to Huish Park, with more fans expected to purchase tickets on the day.

There are a limited number of seats left but supporters can also stand on the terraces, with more tickets available in that area. Prices increase by £2 on matchday.

“The fans have been amazing and hopefully we can give them a much better performance than Saturday at Middlesbrough,” said Town boss Mick McCarthy.

“What’s nice about our lads is that I don’t think anyone can travel away and say they have seen a lacklustre performance in terms or effort and general willingness to play and have a go.

“We didn’t play well on Saturday though so hopefully we can give the fans something to shout about at Yeovil.”

Meanwhile the Blue Army have already snapped up the initial allocation of just over 1200 tickets for the visit to Brighton on March 22. A further – and final - 350 tickets are set to go on sale from Tuesday.
