Line up alongside Mick and the players in squad photo as Blues host another Open Day
Thursday, July 31 is the big day in what has become an annual event in the Town calendar, with supporters invited to watch Mick McCarthy put his squad through their paces in a training session on the Portman Road pitch.
Then the Blues’ boss and his players will sign autographs pitchside at the end of training.
There will be a host of activities going on the Fieldturf as in previous years, while supporters will also be able to watch the official photocall, including the first-team squad photo.
Then Ipswich Town’s biggest ever team group photo will take place, with Mick, his coaching staff and players joining the supporters in the picture.
Anyone that pre-orders a new Town home shirt will be invited to take part in the photo, which will take place at approximately 10.00am on July 31, with everyone who appears in the photo receiving a free copy of the picture.
Further details regarding the Open Day will follow on the Club’s media channels in due course.
Only participants who have purchased the new home shirt will be allowed entry to the section of the stadium where the photo will take place. Parents of young children will be permitted but will not be able to form part of the photo.
Copies of the biggest ever team photo will be available from the Planet Blue superstore on a date to be confirmed, after the event.
Ipswich Town Football Club reserves the right to invite further purchasers of the new home shirt beyond the pre-order deadline.
Fans wishing to pick up a copy of the team photo from the Planet Blue superstore must redeem their voucher which will be given to them at the event.
