TOWN HEAD TO IRELAND

2 May 2014

Blues to open summer campaign at Shelbourne - and you could be there to meet squad

Town will be heading to Ireland again as part of the pre-season build up to the 2014/15 season, with a friendly against Shelbourne lined up.

Blues will take on the Dublin-based club on Saturday, July 12, kick-off 3.00pm, in what looks set to be the first friendly of the summer.

Two goals from Daryl Murphy gave Town a 2-0 win against the same opposition at Tolka Park last July as Blues got last term’s pre-season schedule underway across the Irish Sea.

For the first time, the Club are offering the chance for supporters to join a pre-season tour, with an opportunity to meet the players and management staff, watch the squad train and attend the match at Shelbourne, as well as enjoy the delights of Dublin. Click here for full details.
