Two jobs have become available within the Sales Department at Ipswich Town FC

Sales Executive
Maternity Cover – 9 month temporary contract

A position has become available for an energetic, highly motivated and accomplished sales professional with a proven track record to work within our busy Sales Department. 

The successful candidate must have excellent organisation and communication skills, must be personable and creative in reaching out to clients. They must also be able to cold call and develop customer relationships, as well as being able to adhere to deadlines and achieving agreed targets. Prerequisites include: 
-Being able to work as part of a team but be highly self-motivated
-To set their own objectives in order to meet the departmental targets
-To actively contribute ideas and suggestions for implementation including new business initiatives to generate new sales revenue
-To have regular meetings with the Director of Sales and to liaise effectively with all Administration staff
-To implement strategically planned campaigns alongside the Director of Sales, including events, canvassing campaigns, etc.
-To undertake event coordination in conjunction with the Director of Sales and the Sales Team.
-To manage campaigns from initial execution to completion.

The role is predominantly Monday to Friday but will also entail working weekends and commercial events.

Conference & Events Telesales Canvasser – Full Time

Are you confident, energetic, lively and a highly motivated individual? 

An experienced telesales representative is required to work within the sales department at Ipswich Town Football Club, focusing on making outbound calls and securing sales in relation to the conferencing and events side of the business.

A proven track record in cold calling and outbound calls is essential along with a background in the selling of conferencing facilities and/or events. You are required to develop your own leads and achieve and exceed clearly outlined targets.

You will be required to liaise effectively with the Conferencing Coordinators and pass on leads/bookings. You will need to utilise the computer software programmes and demonstrate at all times a problem solving attitude.

A basic salary and commission structure is on offer.
