Here's how you can become an official Town mascot at an away ground- just like Callum did!

We received this great letter from Callum, who was our official Club mascot for the trip to Sheffield Wednesday recently, along with some superb pictures.

Callum told us how great his day was- completed by a debut goal from Jonny Williams to ensure we left Hillsborough with a point!

Here’s what Callum wrote to us about his experience as an away mascot for Blues:

“I had a brilliant time as mascot against Sheffield Wednesday.

“I met Mick and all the players and had my photo taken with all of them including Didz and Johnny Williams.

“I also went onto the pitch and trained with Tommy Smith and I really enjoyed leading the team out of the tunnel.”

If you are aged five or over and would like to be an official Town mascot either at an away club like Callum, or at Portman Road, here is what you need to do in order to apply:

Join either Bluey’s Bunch, Crazee’s Crew or become a Town Teen

Complete the mascot application form that you will receive with your joining pack and ask a grown up to sign it and help you sent it back to us at:

ITFC Mascots,
Ipswich Town FC,
Portman Road,

You will then be entered into the monthly mascot ballot where mascots will be chosen at random from all of the entries we receive. Remember, the sooner we receive your application form, the more ballots you can be a part of.

Please note that if you are selected as a mascot you will need to provide your own full and current kit and be accompanied by a grown up on the day. Please also be aware that there is a fee applicable on selection as a mascot.

Away Mascot Places

We ask every Championship club if we are able to have a mascot place at their ground. All away mascot places and activities vary according the individual clubs.
