Blues get boost with Teddy, Murph and Chambo in contention for Cardiff clash

Town have been boosted by the return of Teddy Bishop, Daryl Murphy and Luke Chambers for the visit to Cardiff tomorrow.

All three missed Saturday’s draw against Blackburn, Teddy and Luke through illness, while Murph picked up an Achilles injury while away with the Republic of Ireland.

“Teddy is fit. He has trained for a couple of days and is fine now and Chambo is back as well,” Town boss Mick McCarthy told the Club website.

“Murph is available as well so it’s looking a lot brighter for us on that front. The only one that will be missing for the Cardiff game is Luke Hyam.

“He’s having treatment for a hip problem. Hopefully he will back in training on Thursday and be available for the weekend but we will see how he is.”

Subscribers to Ipswich Player will be able to listen to live commentary from the Cardiff City Stadium. Kick-off 7.45pm.
