Parr marks return from injury with a goal as the Blues see off Coventry at Playford Road
Town defender Jonathan Parr marked his return from injury by getting on the scoresheet, as the U21 Development Squad defeated Coventry 3-0 at Playford Road.
Cameron Stewart and trialist James Alabi were also on target, with all three goals coming in the firs-half
Mark Kennedy's side continued their fine start to the season, after defeating Leeds United last time out, with another impressive performance and result.
The Blues got off to a perfect start, with Stewart opening the scoring with just three minutes on the clock with a fine finish from range after cutting inside his man.
The Town lead was doubled just before the half-hour mark, as Alabi showed great strength and determination to latch onto a long ball, run into the box and finish calmly after rounding the Sky Blues 'keeper.
Ten minutes before the break and the win was sealed as Parr netted a third, finishing well with a first-time effort from the edge of the area after a Myles Kenlock cross was only half-cleared.
