Boss happy with squad but keeps options open on adding the 'right' player
With the window opening tomorrow, the Town boss told the Club website: “We have been unfortunate with injuries. We have lost Didz [David McGoldrick] for a while which is obviously very disappointing. He has done some serious damage to his hamstring and we are also still missing Bish [Teddy Bishop] with a hamstring as well. We have to be patient with him.
“Larsen Toure is out as well so if the right player becomes available in January, then I would certainly ask the question.
“I’m not actively looking though. I have a really good squad and I keep telling everyone, I would rather concentrate on that than look for replacements. Where am I going to find those replacements anyway?
“If a player came up though that I thought could bring something different to the squad, then I’ve got to look at it.”
