- Winger set for first-team squad
- McGoldrick could also be fit
- Hyam still sidelined
Recent Town addition Dylan Connolly is set to be part of the squad travelling to face Fulham at the weekend.
Mick McCarthy confirmed in his pre-match press conference that the young Irishman will be in the squad, after the penning a deal at Portman Road until 2016.
The winger spoke to Ipswich Player and confirmed that the breaking into the first-team is the ultimate goal for him after joining from Shelbourne.
“The first-team has got to be the aim and that’s what I’m working towards,” Dylan exclusively told Ipswich Player.
“I’ve come here and I know I’ve got to perform well in the U21 games but I’ll just keep my head down, work hard and try and be around the first-team.
“I’ve been here a while now and I’ve settled in really well. Everybody is friendly and there are a few Irish lads here which always helps.
“I’m loving it here already and training day in, day out has been great. I’m ready to work my hardest now and hopefully have a successful time at Ipswich Town.”
