Striker mutually agrees to terminate his contract and departs Portman Road after two years at the Club

Town striker Frank Nouble has mutually agreed to cancel his contract at Portman Road.

The frontman, who has spent the majority of this campaign on loan at League One side Coventry City, departs the Blues after two years at the Club.

Frank arrived in Suffolk in January 2013, signing from Wolves, and featured regularly in the matchday squad under Mick McCarthy.

However the emerging partnership of David McGoldrick and Daryl Murphy saw Frank slip down the pecking order at Portman Road and he has now agreed to depart the Club in search of a fresh challenge.

Frank made just one appearance for the Blues this campaign, in the Capital One Cup defeat to Crawley back in August.

Everybody at the Club would like to thank Frank for his efforts in a Town shirt and we wish him well for the future.
