Keeper to spend rest of the season with Conference club

Town have given the green light for Michael Crowe to join Woking on loan until the end of the season.

The Wales U19 international ‘keeper was on the bench for Blues in Saturday’s win at Watford but has not featured for the senior side yet.

Paddy Kenny missed the visit to Vicarage Road through illness and Dean Gerken was given more time to recover from concussion sustained in the opening minutes of the defeat at Middlesbrough.

Both players are expected to be fit for Town’s next game, the home match against Bournemouth on Good Friday, April 3.

Michael follows in the footsteps of Jack Marriott, who spent time on loan at Vanarama Conference club Woking last season and this one.
