  • Defender joins on loan
  • Delighted to be at Portman Road
  • Prepared to play his part in the run-in

Zeki Fryers is looking to help Town make the step up to the top flight, after arriving on loan from Premier League side Crystal Palace

The defender agreed to move to Portman Road for the remainder of the season and is delighted to be at the Club as Blues plot a path to the Premier League.

“I’m delighted to be here and I’m looking forward to the challenge ahead," the new addition exclusively told the official Club website.

“Ipswich is a massive Club and the players are doing really well this season, looking to earn promotion to the premier league.

“I played against them earlier this season for Rotherham and hopefully now I can do my best wearing the Ipswich shirt.

“I’ve had a good grounding as a youngster with Spurs and Manchester United and obviously I’m a Palace player now, so hopefully I can use those experiences to help Ipswich get to the top flight. That’s the aim anyway.”
