Keeper joins up with Teddy Sheringham's Stevenage

Michael Crowe has joined Teddy Sheringham’s Stevenage on loan until January 10th.

It will be the second loan spell for the Wales U21 international goalkeeper, who spent two months with Vanarama Conference club Woking at the end of last season.

Michael, who signed a new one year deal in the summer, will train with Stevenage on Friday and looks set to be included in their squad for their League Two game against Morecambe at the weekend.

Crowe becomes the third Town player to go out on loan before today’s 5pm deadline, with Luke Hyam joining Rotherham until January 23, with Blues having a 24 hour recall option after the first month, and James Alabi heading to Conference club Grimsby until January 3.

The 'keeper has also been granted permission to feature for Boro in the FA Cup.
