Town duo Tommy Smith and Tommy Oar will put friendships to one side as they settle down to watch the Rugby World Cup final after the clash with Cardiff
They may be teammates and friends away from the pitch, but come Saturday evening Tommy Smith and Tommy Oar will be putting friendships to one side as they put their nation first.
The Town duo will be keeping tabs on the Rugby World Cup final on Saturday- after the Blues’ clash with Cardiff, of course- where New Zealand and Australia meet at Twickenham.
We caught up with the pair after training to get their thoughts on the upcoming final, with both- as expected- failing to agree on who will come out on top.
Smith thinks New Zealand will win by five or more points and see Richie McCaw lift the trophy aloft, whilst winger Oar is backing his home nation of Australia to clinch the title by a narrow margin.
