Defender called up by the Scots for upcoming qualifiers whilst winger Ryan Fraser has been included in the U21 squad
Christophe Berra has been named in the Scotland squad for their crucial upcoming qualifiers against Poland and Gibraltar.
The defender had to pull out of Gordon Strachan’s squad for the last set of international fixtures due to injury but has played in all four of Town’s League matches since then.
Christophe has played 30 times for the Tartan Army so far, scoring three times, with the most recent goal coming in the 1-0 friendly win over Northern Ireland at Hampden Park in March.
Elsewhere winger Ryan Fraser and ‘keeper Jon Henly have been called up to the Scotland U21 squad for their matches against France and Ireland, with both games taking place at Aberdeen’s Pittodrie Stadium- the place where Ryan started his professional career.
