Town to wear modified orange shirt for game against Reading tomorrow as supplied by Adidas

Town will be wearing a customised kit against Reading on Friday, which will become the third kit for this season.

A lack of remaining 2014/15 orange shirts in pro stock (not enough to start a season with) combined with strong sales from last season means there is no available stock within the retail department.

Adidas have ceased manufacturing last season’s shirt, so have instead supplied the Club with an alternative orange top to fall in line with the third kit colour Town registered with the Football League prior to the season starting.

The new top, which will be worn with last season’s shorts and socks, sees a black trim run across the shoulders.

This kit will only be worn in emergency instances- such as Friday’s clash with Reading- where the Football League officials believe there is a clash with our home and away strips against the host club.

Please note this away shirt is for this season only and is supplied for the first-team only. It won’t be on sale for supporters to purchase.
