Bartosz Bialkowski knows that the Blues need a quick goal fix with just six games remaining
Bartosz Bialkowski believes Town need to find a fix to the current lack of goals quickly, but is targeting maximum points in the final six games.
The Polish stopper kept his second consecutive clean sheet as Town were held 0-0 by Charlton at Portman Road, although the Blues have now failed to hit the net in their last three matches.
“Tonight was just another one of those games where we just couldn’t score and we need to find a solution to score a goal,” he told Ipswich Player HD.
“There’s six games left and we have Brentford on Saturday who are on a decent run so it’s not going to be easy but we need to do everything to win the game.
“Nobody was happy about the result because we want to win the game so it was a little bit down in the dressing-room, but the gaffer said they could have got a goal so we got a point.
“We were pleased with the clean sheet as defenders and goalkeepers, they’re always fantastic but it’s a shame we didn’t nick it.
“There’s still 18 points to grab so hopefully we’ll be there.”
