Town players looking for a reaction against Bristol and a winning end to the year
The midfielder is set to make his 150th appearance for Blues against his former club on Friday night and knows Town need to find some consistent form over the second half of the campaign.
“Bristol are around us in the table and have had a similar season to us so far with ups and downs,” Cole, who left Ashton Gate to head to Suffolk in the summer of
2013, told the Club website.
“Obviously we have not been able to put a run of results together lately. It’s not for the want of trying. We are full of endeavour, full of effort but it’s not happening for us at the moment.
“It’s down to us to put that right. We have put what happened against Fulham behind us. It’s all about Friday now and giving a good performance and getting a result. It’s a big game for us. We know that.”
Kick-off at Portman Road is 7.45pm with the first 100 adult supporters into the FanZone on Friday receiving a free bottle of Fosters.
