Blues host the Imps at Portman Road on Saturday, January 7, with kick-off at 3pm in what is the first meeting between the clubs since 1961.
Tickets are priced at £10 adults; £5 concessions and £2 for under 16s.
The upper tiers in both the Sir Bobby Robson Stand and Sir Alf Ramsey Stand will not be open for the game. The Cobbold Stand will also not be open to home fans apart from D Block (current season ticket holders only). The East of England Co-Op Stand will be open as normal.
All supporters will need to purchase a ticket for entry, season ticket cards and membership cards are not valid for cup games and there is no Automatic Cup Ticket scheme in place.
Season ticket holders, whose normal seat is located in a closed area of the stadium, will be able to choose an alternative unreserved seat from December 14, plus have the option of buying up to four additional tickets from December 15.
Season ticket holders in the 'open' areas will be able to purchase their own seat plus up to four additional tickets from Thursday, December 15.
Silver Card members will be able to purchase up to two tickets from Monday, December 19, before tickets go on general sale from Wednesday, December 21.
