Town's newest recruit is looking to add to his first Town goal after netting the winner over Huddersfield
Ben Pringle is targeting more goals in a Town shirt after opening his account for his new club in the Blues’ 1-0 win over Huddersfield.
The on-loan Fulham midfielder steered home a Daryl Murphy cross midway through the first-half in a resilient performance which also saw Town put an end to a three game losing streak in the league.
“I’ve got it in my locker to get forward and to pop up with a goal here and there so the more I can do the better,” he told Ipswich Player HD.
“The gaffer said before the game we needed to break the losing run of the last three games and we needed to get a win or a draw so to get the win while keeping a clean sheet was really good.
“I’ve really enjoyed being here so far. It’s the perfect place to come and concentrate completely on football which is what I need.
“Every footballer will tell you that you want to enjoy your football as well as playing as many games as you can. Enjoying it is a bonus, and I am so far.”
