Gaffer reveals the starting XI to face Portsmouth at Portman Road in tomorrow's FA Cup third round clash
Town boss Mick McCarthy has named his starting line-up for tomorrow’s FA Cup clash with Portsmouth at Portman Road.
The gaffer made the announcement at his pre-match press-conference, whereas usually the team isn’t announced until the team sheets are exchanged an hour before kick-off.
Paul Digby will make his Blues debut in defence, whilst Luke Varney also makes his first start since May.
Daryl Murphy misses out with a calf injury, whilst Teddy Bishop and David McGoldrick remain sidelined.
The side to face Portsmouth is as follows:
Bialkowski, Chambers, Malarczyk, Digby, Knudsen, Skuse, Hyam, Maitland-Niles, Oar, Varney, Pitman.

The substitutes will be announced at 2pm tomorrow.
