Free entry to watch Town train at Portman Road and loads of fun activities on the fieldturf as Blues hold popular event again

Town will be holding the popular Open Day again this year with the event being held at Portman Road on July 28.

With entrance free, the event is one of the most popular in the Club calendar, with an incredible 8000 attending last year.

As usual, supporters will be invited to watch an open training session with manager Mick McCarthy putting the players through 90 minutes on the main  pitch, with a chance to get autographs and photos with the players after training.

There will also be a host of fun activities on the fieldturf for all ages, with plenty of food and drink outlets available.

More details will follow on the Club website and via Town's social media channels closer to the event, with the gates at Portman Road likely to open at around 10.00am, with the open training session starting half an hour later.
