Berra, Maitland-Niles, Dozzell and Morris all represent their countries as they fly the flag for Town on the international front

Christophe Berra helped Scotland defeat the Czech Republic in Prague last night, playing the full 90 minutes in the 1-0 win.

The Town defender put in a solid performance as he earned his 32nd cap for his country, with Ikechi Anya on target for Gordon Strachan’s men.

Jonas Knudesen was an unused sub for Denmark, as the Danes defeated Iceland 2-1. The left-back could be involved in Denmark’s next game- a clash with Scotland- although Christophe Berra won’t be involved for the Scots.

Meanwhile Ainsley Maitland-Niles came through 90 minutes for England’s U19s, as they defeated Georgia 2-1 in a Euro 216 elite qualifier in Spain.

Andre Dozzell and Ben Morris both earned caps for England U17’s, as the Young Lions defeated Turkey 3-1 at Chesterfield’s Proact Stadium.

Andre played the full game, whilst Ben entered the fray as a second-half substitute.

Daryl Murphy could feature for the Republic of Ireland as they take on Switzerland in Dublin later today, whilst Michael Crowe and Josh Yorwerth could be involved with the Wales U21 side.
