Loanee bags his second goal in two games as Town record successive victories

Ben Pringle knows that Town are going to have to keep on improving if they are going to sneak into the Play-Off places at the end of the season.

The on-loan Fulham midfielder bagged the winner for the second time in two weeks as he followed up his first strike for the Blues last week at Huddersfield with the only goal against Nottingham Forest at Portman Road.

“It’s alright getting the two wins and moving to in-and-around the Play-Offs, but we need to improve on it again,” he told Ipswich Player HD.

“We’ve got Bolton and Cardiff next, so we need to go and get something to get back in there and once we’re in there we need to fight to not come out again.

“We’re confident we can do both sides of the game. Today we were pretty in spells but at Huddersfield, it wasn’t so pretty and we had to defend so we’ll see what Bolton throw at us.

“I’m delighted to get another goal but it’s all about getting back into that top-six and improving every week which we’ve done again today.”
