Toure to leave Portman Road after the weekend

Larsen Toure will be leaving the Club after this weekend’s final game of the season at Derby.

The 31-year-old midfielder, who joined Blues on a one year deal in August after impressing on trial, has made 11 appearances for Town this term but has not featured for the first-team since February.

“Larsen will be moving on and we wish him well,” Town boss Mick McCarthy confirmed to the Club website.

The Guinea international was at Levski Sofia alongside current Blue, Kevin Bru, as well as also playing for Arles-Avignon, Lille and Brest before arriving at Portman Road.

Jay Tabb will also be leaving the Club having come to the end of his contract while Luke Varney is also moving on with his current deal expiring this summer.
