Groin injury means defender out of Sky TV date
The summer signing from Portsmouth has travelled to London to see a specialist and have an injection and has been ruled out of Town’s next game, at home to Nottingham Forest on November 19 - a game covered live on Sky TV.
Adam picked up the injury in the last minute at Hillsborough, with Town physio Matt Byard telling the Club website: “It’s a strain to his left groin.
“We are looking at around three weeks or so. Adam won’t be available for Forest but we haven’t ruled him out of the QPR game yet. It depends on how his recovery goes.
“He is seeing Dr Noel Pollock today, who worked with the GB team at the Rio Olympics and we will take it from there.”
