David McGoldrick has been called up to Martin O'Neill's Ireland squad ahead of their upcoming World Cup qualifiers.
The striker was in the inital 39-man party which was announced two weeks ago, but has now been selected in the final 25-man squad.
Ireland take on Georgia in Tbilisi this Saturday (September 2nd) before returning to Dublin to face Serbia on the following Tuesday (September 5th).
O'Neill's side currently sit second in Group D and remain unbeaten having won three and drawn three of their six matches so far.
Blues forward, McGoldrick was due to meet up with the rest of the squad on Monday, but will do so on Tuesday after being afforded more time for personal reasons.
