Mick takes his Town side back to familiar ground as the Blues look to make it four wins from four with victory over Millwall tonight

Mick McCarthy knows exactly what to expect from The Den tonight, having spent six years as a player and manager at Millwall.

The boss is preparing his Blues side for tonight's clash with the Lions, with Town looking to maintain the perfect start to the season with another three points from south London.

"The Den is a tough place to go to and Millwall make it that way. And rightly so, too," the gaffer told iFollow Ipswich.

"They make it difficult for the opposition there. The fans get right behind them and support their team and it will be the same tonight.

"But let me tell you, it's a great club it really is. It's a real community club and the fans really buy into that and support their team.

"I have a lot of happy memories from Millwall and I know a lot of people from that area that usually wish me well, but they won't be doing that tonight!"
