Muhren and Thijssen in signing sessions pre and post match against Leeds plus loads on in the FanZone
Written by Dutch journalist – and keen Town fan – Tom van Hulsen, Game Changers is the long-awaited English translation of the book Het geheim van Ipswich, which was published in the Netherlands in May last year and is the story of the two Dutch masters and the impact they made at Portman Road.
The book is already on sale, priced £16.99, in Planet Blue and supporters can meet the duo before and after the Leeds game for a signing session. It is also available via the Club’s online superstore.
“You could say the book was a labour of love,” Tom told the Club website.
“I was a fan of FC Twente and when Arnold signed for Ipswich, then was soon followed by Frans, they became my club in England.
“I have followed Ipswich ever since and have made many trips over to Portman Road in that time. This book brought back a host of memories for me and I have been overwhelmed by the support I have received from the Club.
“It is obvious they are still held in high regard by the Club and its supporters. We were in Ipswich earlier in the season and both former players were amazed by the reception they received and the attention they attracted.”
They will then move to the FanZone between 12pm and 1pm, with the final signing opportunity in Legend Bar from 5pm until 6pm.
