Town stopper Bartosz Bialkowski paid visit to Planet Blue to help East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices (EACH) add to the magic of Christmas.

Bart and his two children – Nadia, seven, and Oskar, five – joined staff Planet Blue, as well as EACH’s Victoria Matthews, to get involved with the charity’s Letters from Santa campaign.

The campaign offers parents the chance to have a personalised letter sent from Santa to their children. Letters are just £5 and proceeds will help EACH to continue providing care for children with life-threatening conditions and support for their families.

Town teamed up with the good cause earlier this year and has its logo on the back of matchday shirts. More exciting initiatives are planned for later in the season.

The Blues' PR and Marketing Officer, Dan Palfrey said:

“It’s fantastic to continue to work with EACH this season and this is one of many initiatives we have planned.”

Victoria Matthews, EACH Suffolk Corporate Fundraiser, aded:

“It was great seeing Bartosz, Nadia and Oskar as we launched our Letters from Santa campaign and we’re really excited to be helping parents across Suffolk create a little extra magic for their children this Christmas.

“A big thank you to the football club for extending its support to this campaign. It’s always fantastic when the community offers a hand in our fundraising endeavours.”

Town fans can get more information about and sign up to Letters from Santa in store. Letters can also be ordered at All orders must be received by Wednesday, 13 December to guarantee delivery before Christmas.
