Bru focused on Town role but could be on the move in January
Kevin Bru says he is as committed as ever to the Town cause but he could be on his way out of Portman Road in January.
The midfielder was given the green light to find a new club in the summer as Blues’ boss Mick McCarthy looked to change things around.
“I had a few clubs come in, two offers from clubs in the second division in France but I didn’t want to go,” Kevin told the Club website.
“Then in the last week of the transfer window I got an offer from Toulouse. It went down to the last day but didn’t happen for some reason and I didn’t have any time left to sort another move out.
“I have one year here but there is the transfer window in January and if I have an opportunity from a club then and I want to go, then I think I will go. If not, I have six months left here and it will be the same. I will work hard and do the best I can for the team.
“I have played a few games recently and as long as I’m here, I will always do my best for Ipswich.”
