Pat Webber signs his first professional deal at Portman Road
Blues youngster, Pat Webber has signed his first professional contract with the Blues, keeping him at Portman Road until 2019, with the option of a further 12 months.
The defender, who can play at either left-back of centre-back, joined the Blues on a two-year scholariship from Worthing last summer, but has now been given professional terms.
The 18-year old made his professional debut in the 2-1 Carabao Cup defeat against Premier League side, Crystal Palace, although he had made the bench for the first-team on three occasions last season as well as against Luton Town earlier this campaign.
He joins fellow defender, Luke Woolfenden in extending his stay with the Blues, with Luke penning a two-year deal at the Club yesterday.
