Midfielder in line to add to international U19 caps
Tristan Nydam has been named in the England U19s squad for their two fixtures against Czech Republic and Slovakia next month.
It will be the midfielder’s third international call-up, having previously represented the national side at U18s level as well as U19s.
Tristan, who was born in Zimbabwe but moved to England at a young age, made his U19s international debut this month in a 7-1 win over Poland.
He will join the rest of the squad on Monday, October 2 before games in the Czech Republic on October 6 and Slovakia three days later.
Fellow England U19 international and Town team-mate Flynn Downes misses out on selection through injury.
