Goalscorer felt draw was right result
Martyn Waghorn felt a point each was the fair result as Town drew 2-2 with Millwall in a thrilling encounter at Portman Road.
The striker took his goal tally to 14 for the season with a brace in as many minutes just before the hour mark, firstly with a scrappy effort from a goalmouth scramble and secondly with a cool finish after pouncing on a mistake from the Millwall defence.

“It was a great game to play in. It was end to end and could have gone either way - thankfully we had Bart (Bialkowski) to save us a couple of times near the end.
“The scrappy goal was what we needed too. We were threatening going forward all game but couldn’t quite play the final ball. Bundling the leveller in gave us the confidence to push for the second.
“We have another congested week ahead so we’ll rest up and hopefully take some confidence into tough games on Saturday and Tuesday.”
