Paul welcomes experience and quality of Walters
Paul Hurst is hoping Jon Walters can provide some more great moments for Town fans.
The 34-year-old striker - who scored 30 League goals in 136 games for Blues in his first spell at the Club - is back at Portman Road after arriving on loan from Burnley until January.
“We spoke internally about that, bringing in someone with that experience who can be a good voice around the place - as well as obviously being a good player. He can play a part in helping the younger players develop here.
“Everyone I spoke to about Jon couldn’t speak highly enough of him. He strikes me as someone who always gives it everything on the pitch and has made the most of the talents he has. That fits in with what we want here.
“He has given Town fans some great moments down the years and hopefully there will be more to come.”
