Little reward for last two games says defender

Jonas Knudsen believes Town deserved to take something from the game against Cardiff.

Town were the better side in the first-half but were beaten by Kenneth Zohore’s controversial strike on the hour mark.

“If you look at the last two games we’ve taken one point. I think our performances deserved at least four,” the Danish international told iFollow Ipswich.

“But that’s the Championship for you. Cardiff had one good chance and they took it.

“There are positives to take from the performance. If you look at how we played, especially in the first-half, I think we were a threat and caused them trouble.

“It’s another tough game against Preston at the weekend. They deserve credit for their recent results and we need to be ready for a test. I think if we go there and play like the last two games then we have a good chance.”
