'Keeper delighted with new deal
Bartosz Bialkowski says he is ‘absolutely delighted’ after committing his future to Town for another three years.
The Blues shot stopper put pen to paper on a deal to keep him at Portman Road until 2021, with the Club having the option of a year extension.
“I am absolutely delighted,” the Polish international, who has just returned from the World Cup in Russia, told iFollow Ipswich.
“It’s been a long time coming but thankfully now it’s all signed and I’m very happy – that’s the most important thing.
“It’s a massive honour to play for this amazing football club. I’m very proud and my family is proud too. I always wanted to stay.
“Having spoken to Paul (Hurst) a few times he seems like a very positive manager and I’m looking forward to working with him.
“I’ve had nearly three weeks off after the World Cup but I’ll be back at training on Monday and I’m feeling fresh and ready to go."
