Magical Vegas in support of local charity
Town’s junior kit for the new season will carry the logo of the EACH charity on the front of the shirt - thanks to Magical Vegas.
The Club agreed a three and a half year shirt sponsorship deal with Daub Alderney Ltd, part of the Stride Gaming group, in January that will see the brand Magical Vegas emblazoned on the front of all Town’s first-team shirts from 2018/19.
The agreement also saw Magical Vegas used on the away shirts for the second half of last season.
EFL regulations prevent the use of sponsorship associated with gambling on the front of any junior replica shirt though so Magical Vegas have stepped in and will pay the substantial costs for East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices to be printed on the thousands of shirts already manufactured for the new campaign.
The EACH logo will also remain on the back of Town’s first-team shirts in the second year of an agreement between the Club and the charity. Fans buying adult replica shirts can choose to add the EACH logo to the back, with all profits being donated to the charity on an annual basis.
“We are aware of the fantastic work EACH do and for us, this was an easy decision to make,” said Konstantinos Veletas, spokesperson for the Stride Gaming group.
Graham Butland, chief executive of EACH, added: “I’d like to thank Magical Vegas for the opportunity to see our logo on the front of Town’s junior shirts this coming season - and we also look forward to seeing the EACH name on the back of the first-team shirts well as we continue our close relationship with the Football Club.”
