Town to complete second signing of the season

Town have signed Jordan Roberts on a two-year contract on a free transfer following his departure from Crawley Town.

The deal will become official on Sunday, July 1.

Jordan, who plays as a winger, will become Paul Hurst's second addition of the summer following the loan signing on Trevoh Chalobah from Chelsea on Monday.

The 24-year old started his career with Aldershot, where he made just under 100 appearances, scoring 12 times, before making the move up to Scotland to play with Inverness Caledonian Thistle for the 2015/16 season.

More recently, Jordan has been with Crawley Town under the stewardship of former Liverpool winger, Harry Kewell. Last season he scored seven times in 36 appearances in all competitions for the Red Devils.
