Ticket details after Town clash against Hull postponed for safety reasons
Town’s match against Hull scheduled for the weekend has been postponed for safety reasons.
The pitch is protected and playable but the areas inside and outside the stadium are hazardous and more bad weather is forecast later today, with freezing temperatures to continue into the weekend.
“The groundstaff and stadium staff have worked around the clock to get the game on but there has been no let up in the freezing conditions and more bad weather is expected,” Town’s Club secretary, Stuart Hayton, told the Club website.
“The conditions around the stadium are dangerous so we have no option but to postpone the game for safety reasons.”
Supporters who purchased a match ticket for Saturday can use that ticket for the rearranged fixture. The clubs are in discussion about a new date.
Those who purchased a match ticket but will be unable to make the new date can get a refund providing they request a cancellation before the match takes place. Contact ticket enquiries on 0333 005 0503 for full details.
The Planet Blue superstore will be open as normal at 9am.
The U23 game against Bristol City scheduled for today and the U18s clash against the Robins set for tomorrow have both been postponed.
