Paul pleased with squad's attitude

Paul Lambert said he has been impressed with the attitude of his players since arriving at Town.

The Blues boss only took charge of his first training session last Monday, but suggested that early signs on the practice pitch have been more than encouraging.

"The players have been absolutely terrific so far," Paul told iFollow Ipswich.

"They’ve given me everything on the training pitch and that’s good because there has been a lot of information for them to take in and absorb.

"Whether it’s adjusting to changes around the training complex or on the training pitch I think they’ve been fantastic.

"We’ll be going to Reading tomorrow to try and win but really all I can ask from the lads is that they keep doing what they’ve been doing in the last week or so."

Travelling Town fans are reminded that tomorrow's game at The Madejski Stadium is Reading's Remembrance Day fixture.

Supporters are encouraged to take their seats by 2.55pm with turnstiles around the ground closed from 2.57pm until after kick-off to avoid disruption to on-field Remembrance activities. A minute's silence will be observed after the bugler performs the Last Post.
