BRYAN | EVERY GAME VITAL NOW

26 October 2018

Caretaker boss on current situation and Millwall clash

Caretaker manager, Bryan Klug, has emphasised the importance of Town's upcoming fixtures beginning with a trip to Millwall tomorrow.

Bryan, who took charge of Blues' final four games last season, will oversee the clash this weekend following the departure of Paul Hurst yesterday.

"None of us wanted to find the Club in this situation," Bryan told iFollow Ipswich.

"But we know the importance of getting points on the board and every game now is vital.

"The circumstances are completely different to when I last took over and we understand that - we'll be doing the best that we can to make us very competitive tomorrow,

"Gerard (Nash) and Chris (Hogg) will do the majority of work at Millwall, as they did last season, and they're more than capable of that."

Bryan also revealed that Myles Kenlock is still out through injury while Cole Skuse has a sore ankle but is expected to be okay for the trip to South East London.
