Boss on Town's trip to St Andrew's

Paul Hurst has given his thoughts on Birmingham ahead of Town’s clash with Garry Monk's side at St Andrew's tomorrow.

City currently sit 17th in the Championship and are unbeaten in their last five league matches, but only picked up their first win of the campaign away to Leeds last weekend.

“I’m expecting them to be very well organised,” Paul told iFollow Ipswich.

“They tend to sit off to a point and keep a disciplined shape but then look to counter as soon as they force a mistake.

“Overall I think Garry will be pleased because while they haven’t scored loads of goals this season, they haven’t conceded too many either.

“They’ve only lost twice in the league and that win last weekend, especially at a place like Leeds, will fill them with confidence.

“We’re hoping that this weekend it’s our turn to get off the mark.”
