Boss gives update ahead of Wanderers clash
Paul Lambert says Town have a few injury concerns ahead of the trip to Bolton this weekend.
Jon Nolan was forced off in the 18th minute against Hull last Saturday, and the Blues boss thinks the clash at the University of Bolton Stadium might come slightly too soon for the midfielder.
"Jon is doing alright and the injury isn't as bad as we might have thought but this one could be a bit too early for him," Paul told iFollow Ipswich.
"Teddy (Bishop) trained this morning, though, but again he's another we'll have to check on tomorrow. He hasn't played too many games since coming back from an injury so we need to continue to look after him.
"James (Collins) and Will (Keane) also trained. They're in similar situations in that they haven't played many games recently but if they get through tomorrow and seem okay then we'll look at them possibly being involved this weekend.
"Ellis (Harrison) has tweaked his back so he missed training the other day and this morning but we'll see how he is in the next couple of days."
Paul also revealed that Tom Adeyemi trained with the first-team this morning.
